The company Generali Investimenti Holding LLC, or – in short – GEI Holding SpA was established in 2004 with a fully paid-up share capital of € 250000.
Its headquarters are in Milan, Piazza del Duomo 20.
GEI Holding specializes in the development of investments in the social and health sectors as well as aiding investments in the construction of power generation plants based renewable energy sources.
Over the years, GEI Holding developed high expertise and analytical tools of its sectors of competence and acquired a great capacity in the development and management of investments, mainly in the real estate, energy and innovation sectors.
The accumulated experience has made it possible to broaden the horizons to delve into other areas of investment, specifically the tourism, commercial, energy and innovation sectors.
In order to be able to guarantee its customers a complete and adequate service, over the years, GEI Holding acquired participations in companies useful for the development of the group. Moreover, to facilitate a series of cross-sector activities, GEI Holding set up ad hoc new companies and, in particular, has defined partnership agreements with consolidated companies, each in specific sectors.
GEI Holding also gained specific know-how in the fields of development, planning, acquisition, implementation of corporate strategies.
